Itinerary

1st day-“Heart and History of Seoul”

City Hall-
A symbolic of the middle of Seoul. Surrounded by Seoul finest skyline
and near to the Korean Heritage Doksu Palace and other palaces. This
is the spot where almost the whole population of Seoul gathered during
each World Cup to cheer for South Korean Team.

Doksu Palace-
A antique palace in a modern City.Dated back in 1500’s when it was
first built and been destroyed several times due to war with other
nation.You can see the blend between the east and west architecture
inside the palace.

Gwanghwamun Square-
The home of Yi Sun Shin(Korean ancient warrior,l more like Hang Tuah
in Malaysian history) and King Sejong(creator of Korean alphabets) big
statue. If you are a Korean Drama fans, you can recognize this place
from the famous drama Iris. You can witness how busy Seoul’s traffic
really is here.

King Sejong The Great Museum-
The only king in Korean who got the title “The Great” because of his
intellectual and concern towards the people.He is the one who created
24 Korean alphabets to help the Korean people to be literate because
of his vision that “Knowledge is for everyone”.

Yi Sun Sin 4D Theater and Museum-
Known as the warrior of Korea when he defeated the large Japanese
Marine force about 500 years ago. His genius tactical warfare can be
seen during the Battle of Myeonnyang when he defeated Japanese army
who armed with 333 ships compare to Korean army armed with only 13
ships.

Gyeongbok Palace
The Grandest of the Grand palace in Seoul. Burnt by Japanese couple
of times before during the war. Experience the changing guard ceremony
which is full of tradition and pride. Behind the palace is a beautiful
mountain of Bugak or Bugaksan.

Insadong-
This place is an art and tradition market. The street is full of
colorful decoration and interesting sometimes funny arts which is very
suitable for photographer and for the one who have passion in art.

Cheongyecheon Stream-
This stream was a natural stream until 1950’s when the government
cover up the stream with concrete for modernization. In early
2000,Seoul mayor Lee-Myung Bak(current president of Korea) planned to
rebuilt the stream, more than 8km long. This is a mixture of nature,
history and marvel engineering .







2nd Day-“The Korean Wave”

Nami Island-
Located in Chuncheon province, 2 hours from Seoul, Nami Island is a
man-made island which are very close to nature and full with unique
arts. You can try bungee-jumping or flying-fox across the lake to
enter the island. Take 10 minutes ferry ride from the mainland. If you
are a Korean Drama fans, this is a must visit place as it is the place
where the legendary “Winter Sonata:” drama was shot.

Namsan Tower-
Originally built for telecommunication tower only.Located on the top
of the mountain.It became a touristic spots because you can see the
whole panorama of Seoul which consist of beautiful buildings, big
river and tall mountain. Be prepared to be mesmerized by the view from
the top of this mountain. It is also where some of the scene in “Boys
Over Flower” were shot which is very famous among youngster.

3rd Day-“Culture and Nature”

Hanouk Village-
A place where the old Korean society lived.Witness the architecture
of Korean traditional house in the village and you may try the
traditional games and costumes.It is also very near to the Namsan Park
which is fabulous and the home of “Seoul Time Capsule”. You can even
wear the Korean traditional dress here and walk around the park and
take photos that creates a beautiful memories.

Han River Park-
Han River is a big natural river in the middle of Seoul which is very
important in terms of history and natural resources. You can take
cruise here or even ride a bike along the river with other local
citizens. Feel the calm and the dynamic in the middle of of a city
Seoul. See the bridges and vehicles including trains that across the
river every seconds which expose the routine busy and hardworking
lives of Seoul Citizen.

63 Buildings-
One of the highest building in Seoul which is 63 floors. This
majestic building located near the Han River and have four main
attractions inside it, The Wax Museum, 3D IMAX Theater, a large
aquarium and you can even go up to the top of this building for a
spectacular view.

Yeoido Park-
If you come to Korea during Spring, this is the place to visit. Once
a year, millions of locals and foreigners visit this place to see the
blooming colorful flowers which surround in this area. It is near to
KBS and SBS building and near to the parliament of Korea.

Times Square and Underground Shopping Mall-
The most expensive shopping mall in Seoul(only the building is
expensive). Very beautiful and have a park at the top of this shopping
mall. The reality TV shows, Running Man was shot here once.

4th Day-“Full Day Fun”

LotteWorld-
The biggest indoor amusement park in Korea, home for the famous Gyro
Drop which is not suitable for people who afraid of height.Ride the
indoor roller coaster and see a great performance and parade inside
the indoor park.Variety of rides for adults and childrens.

Or

Everland-
Located at Yongin about one hour by bus from Seoul.This is the
biggest theme park in Korea. Also have a zoo which full with cute
animals such as polar bear ,penguin and sea lion. Home of the “World
Steepest Wooden Roller Coaster”.

Or

Seoul Land-
Built in 1988 for the Seoul Olympic, Seoul Land is a major attraction
for tourist who come to Seoul. It contain about 40 rides including the
“Double Loops” roller coaster. Beside this place is the Seoul Zoo
which was built 100 years ago.


5th Day-“Shopping,Shopping,Shopping”

Seoul Station-
The first and most important station in Seoul.Still has the original
building with neo-classical design which converted as a train museum.
Also surrounded by tall buildings and offices.

Namdaemun Market-
No introduction is needed,this is the place where you can find almost
everything that you need especially clothes,key chain,kimchi and
brooch.Tourist come here everyday to spend their money as the price
here is very reasonable and the choices are variety.

Myeong-dong
A famous street for youngsters.A place where you can buy fashionable
stuff which you seen on every Korean Drama and Korean Girl or Boy
Group. If you a die-hard fans of K-Pop, you will spend a lot on CD’s
and merchandise of your famous Boy/Girl groups.

Dongdaemun Market-
The second biggest place for shopping if you come to Seoul.Variety of
clothes and fashion design can be found here. One of the most hectic
places in Seoul with a heavy traffic and construction .
